NEW MOON IN SCORPIO: RELATIONSHIP HEALING OPPORTUNITY

There are some big astrological transits in play, right now!

Jupiter moved up to a position opposite Chiron today. This creates a dynamic tension that may EXPAND OLD WOUNDS.

There may be a feeling that optimism, enthusiasm, expansion of horizons, and long-term planning are blocked until these wounds are addressed. One of my mottos is “EMPATHY BEFORE PROBLEM-SOLVING.”

Simultaneously, Uranus is opposite Juno. Juno is the goddess of marriage. This brings an UNPREDICTABILITY to relationships and marriages. It also might bring up tendencies towards IMPULSIVITY, and a need for FREEDOM or CHANGE. Ultimately, though, the ENERGETIC VIBRATION of relationships is seeking to be RAISED.

On November 8th, Hygeia joins with Jupiter and they both oppose Chiron. Hygeia is the goddess of health. Rather than only the wounds being magnified, the OPPORTUNITIES might also now be expanded.

November 11th is the New Moon in Scorpio. Avoid holding on to GRUDGES. There might also be a tendency towards “ALL OR NOTHING” thinking and actions. The gift of Scorpio is the opportunity for RENEWAL.

During this entire time, Juno is at the front of a chain of planets (stellium) with Jupiter and Hygeia at the tail end. The message seems to be that we need to pull from PAST LESSONS OF HEALING and APPLY THAT WISDOM TO PRESENT RELATIONSHIPS.

Astraea is in the mix from November 2nd through November 4th. Astraea is the goddess of justice, so LEGAL ISSUES might come up.

May 10 through May 18, 2015 is a series of opportunities for REGENERATION and TRANSFORMATION.

On May 10 through May 13, Hygeia (health) will be in opposition to Pluto. Hygeia is the Goddess of Health. Pluto is the POWER OF THE PHOENIX, rising from its own ashes. The collective theme of these transits is PURGING OUTWORN HABITS and then FANNING THE FLAMES OF VIBRANT HEALTH.

On May 14, Jupiter conjoins Juno in Leo. Leo relates to romantic love. Jupiter is the power of expanding horizons. Juno is the Goddess of Marriage. Together this creates the image of a couple recognizing what they have is SPECIAL, and deciding to SET LONG TERM GOALS together.

On May 18, Jupiter and Juno move up to a position that brings in the energy of Pluto. This is the focal point of these astrological transits, when the potential for REJUVENATION OF HEALTHY RELATIONSHIP is maximized.

At this same time (May 18), Mercury and the Moon are together in Gemini. The Tarot Trump for Gemini is The Lovers. The overall picture is one of a COUPLE ENGAGED IN EMPATHETIC COMMUNICATION.

Do you need assistance with RELATIONSHIP HEALING?

Today is the NEW MOON IN ARIES.

One might think that the Sun and Moon both in Aries might place an emphasis on SELF-EXPRESSION and CARE OF PERSONAL NEEDS. This is true!

There is also a combination of energies in play that may offer the potential for HEALING, particularly with regard to RELATIONSHIP. Unless we assert our individual needs, healthy partnership is impossible.

The key to these astrological transits is a FINGER OF GOD (Yod) pointing directly at the NORTH NODE IN LIBRA. This aspect says, “There is a major opportunity for soul growth if you LOOK HERE and DO THIS!”

The North Node indicates where the energies are moving. In this case, Libra is the sign of PARTNERSHIP and HARMONY.

The South Node is the past, including PAST LIVES. In this case, the South Node is aspecting Vesta, Neptune, and Hygeia.

Vesta and Neptune are conjoined, which translates to holding sacred space (Vesta) for unconditional love (Neptune). Can you see yourself and your partner as EVOLVING SOULS and offer each other UNCONDITIONAL LOVE, even when there are aspects of each of you and your relationship that you may not like?

There is a beautiful trine between this conjunction (Vesta and Neptune) with Hygeia (goddess of healing), which indicates the potential available for HEALING.

Mercury (communication) is aspecting Venus (love), which is supportive of EMPATHETIC COMMUNICATION.

Pluto (god of the dead and guardian of riches in the underworld) is aspecting Lilith (wound of the divine feminine when her trust has been broken with the masculine). If we can FACE THE SHADES OF THE PAST, then we can RECOGNIZE UNHEALTHY RELATIONSHIP PATTERNS. There is a wealth of emotional resources to be mined and utilized in relationship if the unconscious habits that limit intimacy can be made conscious. Instead of continuously reacting in an unconscious manner, we can begin truly RESPONDING CONSCIOUSLY.

Saturn aspecting Ceres gives STRUCTURE and COMMITMENT to NURTURANCE in order to make all this happen.

A grouping of aspects is being formed called a MYSTIC RECTANGLE. Three of the corners are formed by Venus, Ceres, and Saturn. The fourth corner is a pairing of Jupiter (expansion) and Juno (marriage) in Leo (romantic love).

MY TRUE WILL: HEALING THE POLARITY BETWEEN THE MASCULINE AND FEMININE

What historic events occurred on the day of your birth?

I was born on October 29, 1966. This was a full moon and a lunar eclipse.

Saturn is the planet of karmic responsibility. Dark Moon Lilith is associated with the wound of the Divine Feminine and her desire for healing with the Divine Masculine. In my birth chart they are exactly conjunct.

On the day of my birth, the first Lunar Orbiter crashed into the dark side of the moon.

On the same day, The National Organization of Women was founded. Their Mission Statement is as follows: “The purpose of NOW is to take action to bring women into full participation in the mainstream of American society now, exercising all privileges and responsibilities thereof in truly equal partnership with men.”

Part of my True Will is to facilitate this healing process between the Masculine and Feminine Polarity. I do this both by working with clients individually, as well as through Couples Coaching.

I plan to marry in May of this year (2014). My future wife, Amber Boardman, has Saturn conjunct Dark Moon Lilith in her birth chart exactly opposite mine.  I see this as a further healing in my life between the Masculine and Feminine Polarity.
